The Toronto Scottish Country Dance Association is affiliated with the Royal Scottish Country Dance Society in Edinburgh, Scotland, that preserves and teaches the traditional dances of Scotland. In the GTA there are about 30 adult and children's social groups where Scottish country dancing is taught in a social environment, and has many social events. The Toronto Association is currently celebrating its 50th Anniversary
