Founded and directed by Kevin Komisaruk, the STUDIO OF EARLY MUSIC TORONTO (SEMT) is composed of sixteen-voice chamber ensemble STUDIO SIXTEEN, male quintet ALAWYN, and instrumental ensemble KAUS BOREALIS. SEMT is Toronto's newest professional platform for the performance, collaboration, teaching and study of instrumental and vocal early music and musicians in the city of Toronto.
