Poetic Groove Productions was started by Michelle Mondesir out of wanting to further urban soul artist's careers. So, apart from being a music production company we are also a label. We put on an event we call, "So Full" downtown Toronto every other month to showcase artists in the urban categories that we've found to be most lacking in Toronto. The categories we most focus on are, Soul, Neo-soul, Conscious Hip Hop, Spoken Word, however we also include Poetry, R&B, Jazz, Blues, Reggae and World music. Each event is video taped and clips are posted on YouTube giving artists maximum exposure without cost to them (Videos marked Poetic Groove Productions Presents- http://www.youtube.com/user/PoEtIcGrOoVeS). We also have a professional photographer to provide photos of artists at their best.
