Fleurette Africiane

A multi-disciplinary work exploring the diversity in the experiences of people from the African Diaspora.
A multi-disciplinary show melding the visceral, sensual, emotional, intellectual and spiritual sources. Fleurette Africaine shares the struggles, despairs, joys, triumphs and visions of African Canadians. It penetrates and expose personal struggles with family, intimacy and love. Altogether, Fleurette Africaine portrays complex, yet gripping, stories that expose the fulcrum of the life experiences of persons of African descent in Canada today and highlight their connectedness to other cultures.
