This course will focus on the psychological models of Ayurveda and how our thoughts and emotions affect our health and well-being, as well as our food choices and our coping skills in daily life. Learn how food can affect your physical and mental well-being.
Instructor: Luiza Ormonde is a practitioner and teacher of Ayurvedic medicine.
