Chhandayan Ontario, Toronto’s first not-for-profit dedicated to Indian all-night classical concerts, announces the second All-Night Classical Concert taking place September 24th at the spectacular St. Andrews Church in downtown Toronto – in the heart of all that’s entertainment.
