A modern vespers service implementing jazz music
The Sisterhood of St. John the Divine continues its “Music for the Soul” series with a Jazz Vespers on Sunday February 14, 2010 at St. John’s Convent.
The concert is a modern vespers service implementing jazz music. The Vespers will be directed by Rev. Canon Tim Elliott, who is well known in Toronto for his dynamic integration of music and spirituality.
The concert will be held on Sunday, February 14, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. in the Chapel of St. John’s Convent at 233 Cummer Avenue in Toronto. Seating is limited, so be sure to arrive early. The concert will incorporate Evening Prayer. Admission is by free-will offering. RSVP to 416-226-2201 ext. 305 by February 5.
