Digital activist and artist Ricardo Dominguez speaks at OCAD University.
How might artists and digital activists respond to a third or fourth World War? Ricardo Dominguez promotes tactical media, transparent hacking and virtual sit-ins. His controversial work includes digital liberation tools for the Zapatistas and award-winning cellphone safety nets for crossing the US/Mexican border.
