Enjoy four evenings of photography, travel and food.
Each session begins at the ROM with a talk on the basics of how to take better photographs followed by a fascinating slide presentation about the country featured that evening. Each evening culminates with a gourmet meal at a fine Toronto restaurant. Cost does not include alcoholic beverages.
October 17: The Golden Cities: Prague, Budapest & Vienna
Photography topics: the basics, exposure techniques, choosing the right lens and camera. Courtyard Restaurant, 121 Yorkville Ave.
October 24: A Journey Through Spain
Photography topics: composition; how to photograph landscapes, sunsets and silhouettes. Restaurant: Segovia Restaurant, 5 St. Nicholas St.
October 31: A Flavour of France
Photography topics: how to photograph city views, monuments and faces, and use of flash. Le Trou Normand, 90 Yorkville Ave.
November 7: Malta: Fortress to Playground
Photography topics: use of filters, special techniques and basics of digital photography. Courtyard Restaurant (Maltese cuisine), 121 Yorkville Ave.
