Presented by: Not Available An underground arts festival mixing all forms of art, Squiggfest welcomes Theatre, Dance, Musicians, DJ's, Stand-Up and Sketch Comedy, Spoken Word and Visual Art. Toronto Underground presents the Fifth Annual Squiggfest, proudly bringing the underground to you since 2004. On four Thursday nights in August, Reilly’s Bar, in the beating heart of downtown Toronto, is converted into a performance space and home for a menagerie of some of the best of Toronto’s grassroots artists. Some of this year’s Squiggfest stellar acts include Comedian Todd Van Allen; Hamilton’s Rap Album of the Year winners Boys of Thunder; James Howell performing the internationally touring theatre “Lay Down And Love Me Again”, dance company Collective Heat, fresh from their fringe success and last year’s dark horse; Ashley “The Cupcake Girl” Armstrong with her gourmet cupcakes.
