Boy, Oh Boy! Toronto's First All Male Burlesque Troupe Presented by: Not Available
Have you seen burlesque? How about Boylesque? Well get ready, Boylesque TO, Toronto’s first all-male burlesque troupe, will revolutionize Toronto’s burlesque scene with their debut, Boy, Oh Boy!
Thursday show already SOLD OUT!
In a series of sexy and uproarious five-minute acts, performers will undress and unpack some of the most famous male archetypes in history and pop culture (think macho hockey players and gay cowboys) plus some of Toronto’s most recognizable and fetishized male cultural icons (like your TTC operator or your local queen west barista). Of course, Boylesque TO won’t forget to poke fun at the gender divide in burlesque with some side-splitting send-ups of traditional female burlesque acts (expect some laughs when we unveil the male pasty!).
Hosted by notorious redhead, Ginger Darling, and with riotous performances by exciting new burlesque talents Dew Lily, James & the Giant Pasty, Bruin Pounder, Angel Whiteside, Mahogany Storm and Male Gayze, the night promises to be a raunchy and raucous affair for Toronto's male and female audiences.Boy oh Boy! will also include guest appearances by the incorrigible Keith Cole and Sexy Mark Brown.
Throughout June, members of Boylesque TO will be making guest appearances at different events around the city. Check out the website for more details! www.boylesqueTO.com
