Landscape architects Joseph Clement and Clara Kwon have teamed up to curate this special exhibit at Toronto’s Type Books (883 Queen Street West).
The initiative includes a special window designed by the dynamic duo. Clement and Kwon’s 25 book selections cut to the heart of contemporary landscape design covering materials, theory, sustainability and architecture. Urban agriculture, vertical gardens, green roofs and theories of landscape urbanism are all explored.
The designers give a public lecture at the store on Wednesday evening (August 12, 7 pm) to distil their own theories on contemporary landscape design.
