A not for profit founded in 1948 for the study, preservation, restoration and presentation of film. We provide Toronto's only exclusive opportunity for people to experience and to learn about our film heritage. Our programming is a lively, thoughful mix of the famous and the obscure. There are 3 Toronto based programmes and 2 out of town weekends including the opportunity to visit and screen rare archival 35mm prints from the Eastman House collection each August. Our library and archive contains rare and important research materials into Toronto's film history, and film history in general.
