Austrian composer Karlheinz Essl and junctQín keyboard collective in concert, featuring the world premiere of juncTions
This concert is a culmination of a week-long residency by Viennese composer Karlheinz Essl, hosted by junctQín keyboard collective. Co-presented by the Music Gallery, the program will feature Canadian premieres of Essl’s compositions, as well as the world première of juncTions for piano (2 players) and live electronics. Portrait Karlheinz Essl is made possible by generous support from the Toronto and Arts Councils, Ernst von Siemens Music Foundation, Austrian Cultural Forum of Ottawa and Toronto's own IndexG B&B.

Music Gallery is closest to Osgood Subway Station. Situated on the south east corner of Grange Park the venue is in St George the Martyr Church, one block north of Queen Street West and 3 blocks West of University Avenue.
