Woven Images of Afghanistan II - A Rug Sale

A sale of oriental rugs inspired by the countryside and cities of Afghanistan.
Forty-eight oriental rugs that depict the countryside and cities of Afghanistan are being sold by the Textile Museum of Canada’s Volunteer Association to support the Museum’s collections. Specially chosen for their exquisite craftsmanship, colour and design, these one-of-a-kind rugs have been handpicked by textile expert and collector, Max Allen.
The sale will be held in the 2nd Floor East Gallery at the TMC.
